  • Willing to participate in a one-time, two-hour study session

You may be eligible if you are:

  • Currently receiving the standard dose of aromatase inhibitor therapy (e.g. anastrozole, letrozole, exemestane, etc.)
  • Ages 30-79
  • Willing to participate in a one-time, one-hour study session

Currently recruiting participants for a study evaluating the benefits of movement and physical activity intervention among people with chronic low back pain.

You may be eligible if you are:

  • Age 18 or older
  • Have had low back pain for at least 3 of the last 6 months
  • Have not practiced movement-based exercise in the past 3 months and are willing to attend 12 weeks of movement exercises
  • Able to speak and read English

The Pain App Study

Participants Wanted for a Research Study to Examine the Efficacy of Smartphone Apps on Chronic Low Back Pain or Chronic Migraine.

You may be eligible if you:

  • Have chronic low back pain or chronic migraine
  • Ages 18 or older
  • Are Fluent in English
  • Don't have chronic conditions that affect inflammation (e.g., diabetes)

The NEAT Study

Male and female participants 18 to 70 years old are wanted for an acute low back pain study.

You may be eligible if you have:

  • Acute low back pain for >24 hours but less than 6 weeks OR no back pain.
  • No previous history of low back pain in the past 6 months.
  • No other pain conditions, history of spine surgery, recent falls or neurological deficits (weakness). 
    • Willing to participate in a 2-year study with 6 in-person clinic visits and 7 between clinic visit online surveys. 
    • Able to speak and read English. 
    • Also enrolling healthy control participants who do not have acute or chronic low back pain and meet the above qualifications.
